Dental99 is an industry disrupter, offering affordable dental, with all bookings, patient records, and follow up after-care advice provided through an app. In order to keep treatments as affordable as possible, Dental 99 do not employ receptionists. Customers book their appointment via an app and ‘check-in’ through their app when they arrive for their appointment. This lets dental staff know they have arrived.

A series of in-clinic posters were required to answer common questions patients had about the booking process and their appointment. Messaging was designed to be lighthearted, entertaining and colourful. The posters touched on a variety of themes and were designed to be updated with new a new series every few months.
