Dental99 is an industry disrupter, offering affordable dental, with all bookings, patient records, and follow up after-care advice provided through an app. Beginning as a tech start up with a tight budget, after several years of growth, it was time to consider refining its messaging. This involved a brand repositioning and developing a new messaging strategy that could be rolled out across all customer touch-points.
Messaging strategy
A new messaging strategy was developed that shifted the focus to more than just affordability, educating patients about Dental99’s increased record transparency and the advantages of a fully automated booking system. In addition to cheaper treatments, Dental 99 patients enjoy full visibility and control over their dental records, and their management of appointments – finally doing away with many of the stressful aspects of dental visits, and creating a dental experience that feels good.
Website design
A new website design was developed to appeal to Dental99’s younger demographic and to showcase the new messaging strategy and simple, positive brand message.
