The Brief
Precise profiles is Australia's largest supplier of external architectural mouldings for new homes, and works with some of Australia's largest residential building companies. We were approached to help design and develop a new website with customer portal.
The Result
Our role was to design and build a new website and create an easy to use portal, allowing clients access to tailored pricing and the ability to quickly download quality images to use within their plans. We began with a research phase to identify Precise Profile's point/s of difference and develop strategic messaging and a value proposition.
A sophisticated design direction and UX followed, with copywriting to reflect Precise Profiles industry leading status, key point of difference and value. Custom development included a customer portal that enabled customers to register and be assigned to a pricing tier, and login to view a personalised pricing catalogue. A catalogue filtering system was also developed to help customers easily navigate a complex series of products.
