The Brief

Tag The Cat was approached by a startup to assist with a new business idea. The idea was to provide storage for caravans, boats and trailers, but unlike other storage businesses, Hitchable would provide a pick up and drop off service to the door. Tag The Cat was engaged to assist with business naming and branding, and to design and build an ecommerce booking system, where customers could book in their caravan or trailer to be picked up or delivered to their home from a secure storage location.

The Result

Tag The Cat began with an extensive brand and competitor research phase. This resulted in the creation of the Hitchable business name, a brand colour palette and formation of a brand identity. The design of the logo and graphic device was colourful and bold, taking design inspiration from a towing hitch. Branded collateral, jackets, caps and car wraps followed.
The second part of the project involved designing and building a customer experience and booking system. Tag The Cat worked closely with the owner and business strategist to design and build a robust system that could accomodate a complex inventory and pricing structure and that provided a seamless, easy to use, and fast customer experience.
