WordPress 4.5 has recently been released. This brings a number of important feature enhancements and bug fixes to an already powerful and user friendly CMS platform. A word for the wise however:
Not all plugins and themes have been perfected in the new version or have had a patch version released. So if you have a host which automatically upgrades your WordPress version, be sure to thoroughly test all elements of your site and, if any issues:
a) Make sure all your plugins and theme are up to date, and/or
b) Seek the enhanced theme version from your theme provider.
